Wedding Planning

Wow.. Its been a journey already!!!!
James and I set a date..July 25th, 2009. The day after James proposed to me I started calling venues to try and book us a place. I REALLY wanted a venue with a chapel. I found one place I feel in love with online but when I called they were not open! So after calling tons of places I found out soon that almost everything is already booked for July 25th! The place I really loved is book every Saturday in 2009!! Mom and I went and looked at a few places yesterday but we only found one we really liked. Its really pretty, I mean gorgeous. Today James and my step mom and I are going back to look at it. There are a few things I do not like about this place like: There are 2 big rooms... not just 1.. and there is no chapel. I really like this place but Im just not sure if its what I'm looking for. I am going to the place I really like on Friday to look at it. The only thing is if we do it there we have to do it on a Sunday! I am just not sure how I feel about Sunday yet....but I'm running out of options!

In other news.. I bought my wedding dress! I can not post pictures... but.. Its PRETTY!!!
My mom, James' mom, Catherine, and my Grandmother went with me to pick it out. There were SO many dresses there I did not know if I was ever going to find one..but I did and its SO PRETTY!! I LOVE IT!!!

I forgot today is New Years Eve (and my brothers Birthday!) ...I have been so busy with wedding planning...

Ring Photo Shoot!

I knew I got my new camera for a reason!
These first pictures are of my best friend Lauren and I. She has been engaged for a while and now I am too! It's so much to plan your wedding with your best friend!

Ok..These pictures are for James. He said he gave up his Saleen for my ring. So I took a picture of my ring on his model car! :)

Today is one of the best days of my life!!!

Today my best friend asked me to marry him! Today is a day I will never forget!
James and I woke up at 5:45 and we filled each other stockings! Soon after we decided we could not wait any longer to open presents so we got up and started opening!
Bella was first! Excuse the outfit and the no make up face!



James and I opened our presents from each other..we had a blast!!!! Yes, this is still at 5:45 this morning so we are looking rough!!!

After we opened gifts we hung out for a little bit and got ready for our families to come over.
James and I invited my mom and step dad, his mom and dad, and my dad and step mom.
Everyone arrived around 10:00 and then we ate breakfast! Breakfast was supper yummy! Thanks to my mom and James' mom.
After breakfast we opened gifts. We have so many presents everywhere!
Shortly after opening gifts James stopped everyone and started talking. He told my parents thank you for taking him in our family. He told everyone about my 10 month curse and how he wanted to break it. He started crying (it was soooo sweet!). He told me how much he loved me and it was so perfect!

Christmas EVE cleaning

Yesterday I cleaned all day and today I have cleaned all day! Needless to say Bella and I are TIRED! During one of my MANY breaks I took a picture of Bella..

Oh, yeah here is a pictures of our VERY dead Christmas tree with all the presents! It took me forever to get a view of all the presents...There are SO many! I am still waiting for James to get home and then we are off to my Moms house and to my Grandparents house for Christmas!

Christmas are you here yet?

I am so excited about Christmas this year! I can NOT wait for Christmas day!!!

James and I went to Santa's Wonderland in College Station. It was SOOO far but we had a blast!. It was kinda strange that is was 70 degreese outside and we were looking at Christmas light , but we had fun! Here are some pictures!








I am SOOOO excited I got my Christmas present- My CAMERA!!!

It looks really big, but its SUPER light. It took for forever to figure out how to use it but I figured it out!!!
