It's so easy to cook in and clean!
I made mashed potatoes in it and WOW was it easy!
Here is the recipe:
Bean Pot Mashed Potatoes
Scrub potatoes well, and slice length-wise in half ( I peel mine too). Place on each side in bean pot. Pour in ½ cup water. Cover bean pot and microwave on high for 11 minutes. Remove from microwave. Move outside potatoes to inside and inside potatoes to outside. Cover and return potatoes to microwave for another 8 minutes, or until done. Chop to desired consistency. Add in desired milk, sour cream, cheese, garlic, butter, salt and/or pepper.
How easy is that???
Then the best part....You throw it in the dishwasher! You have to get one! I love it!!!
