Saturday cleaning

This morning James and I washed both trucks and detailed them. This was a major milestone for me because I have not hand washed my car in..... well...EVER! It was fun and it didn't take as long as I thought. We are about to go to the groceries store and go to lunch. Tonight we are going on a date either to the comedy club or to a movie! Oh, I love my life! :)

Update

This weekend James went out of town :( ..So its was a girls weekend!

Today I went with my mom out to lunch and went to see my cousin who had her baby. She is so cute! Riley Paige.. I did no take any picture..When he got there she just had her and she was in the nursery!

This afternoon I made my favorite cookies, Pumpkin Choclate chip!
I had forgot about them until now ... so yummy!!

This is mine and James's favorite recipe. I made it tonight:

Mexican Lasagna
1 pd hamburger meat
1 chopped onion
1 can Rotel
2 cans ranch style beans
1 pkg taco seasoning
flour tortillas (quartered)
grated cheese

Brown the hamburger meat and onion, add taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in the beans and Rotel. Spray a casserole dish with non-stick spray. Layer in the dish the tortillas, meat mixture, and cheese. Continue layers until meat is gone or pan is full. (usually 2-3 layers) Bake at 350 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.
