Saturday Maddie would have been 7 months old, so it was nice to kinda “get away” and try to have some fun. We were celebrating her life!
More questions answered:
-Do you know how many kids you want to have? We would like to have 2 more. Ok Well I’d like to have 2 more, but we just don’t know yet. :)
-How is your extended family coping with the loss of Maddie. I'm sure they are all devastated especially your parents, but are they making their way in these horrible shoes?Everyone has taken this pretty hard..my friends, family, co-workers. They are all trying to deal with it the best way they know how. There is no book of what to do and how to act, so I think that is the hardest part.
-I think I remember that you and your mother work at the same school. Do you spend a lot of time with each other for support? Yes, we do spend a lot of time together. We always have! My mom and I have an amazing relationship. It’s something I know Maddie and I have even tho she is in heaven. She does work in the same school as me, actually across the hall! I am a third generation teacher.
-Also is there a way that you know of to block mean commenters? Or find out who they are? Once I defended you here on your blog from a mean commenter (it was in April actually) and that commenter later came to my blog and left unpleasant comments there.Unfortunately with blogger you can not “block” people. I wish I had an answer for that. If someone knows how please let us know!!!
-I'm wondering if you've had any further correspondence with the babysitter who was caring for Maddie. No I have not. Maddie’s case is still under investigation.
-Where do you get the wood blocks for the names/photo blocks you do? Home Depot
-When are you guys going to start trying for another baby? We will start trying when God and Maddie are ready for us to.They are in charge.
-I was wondered this. How well did you know Maddies babysitter? I’m just wondering if she was family or a friend or someone who was recommended to you. I researched and did in home visits to many home babysitters. Maddie’s sitter was recommended to us from a co-worker. She was very well qualified and has babysat for many years.
-Have you read the book heaven is for real? Yes, its amazing! I’d recommend it to anyone!
