Maddie looked so beautiful. We are so lucky we got to see our angel tonight. She was in her pretty pink fancy dress her Nana bought her. She had on her white headband with a black flower with polka dots on it. I can not even describe how beautiful she is. James and I have one beautiful angel watching over us.
I could not stop starring at her. I always loved just looking at her....today was no different.
My brother put together a slide show with some of the pictures we took of Maddie in the 4 short months she was here. He did such a great job. I know it was so hard for him to put it together. It really meant a lot to have it.
I am so glad I took so many pictures of Maddie. We have so many great memories of her. I will cherish those pictures and memories forever.
Tomorrow morning we will put our sweet Maddie to rest.
Please remember to wear bows for Maddie tomorrow.

( I want everyone to know. I am reading every comment. I may not respond right now...but I am reading all of them. Thanks so much for all the support.)

«Oldest ‹Older 401 – 600 of 818 Newer› Newest»I am at a loss of words, my heart and soul cry for your loss. I sit crying and holding my baby girl praying for Maddie's joy in heaven and your healing here without her in your arms.
I can't even begin to imagine, nor do I want to honestly. The very thought scares me, and I doubt I would be as strong. God has graced you with an amazing husband to stand, cry and mourn with.
My prayers, and we have our bows in our hair for your Angel.
I have never read a blog I relate to as much as yours, it brought back so many memories of July when we put our son to rest. I am sending prayers your way. I pray for your strength to get through this terribly tough time.
Hello, I have a very close friend that I sent your story to, she has went through something so similar it's scary same story exactly. I pray for you and your family and hope that you are able to find peace. Lots of love.

(I found your blog through a post on FB to keep you in our prayers)
HI I just wanted you to know that my husband called from work and I was reading your blog for the first time. He asked what was wrong and I had to tell him someone lost a baby. It was hard for me to even say that. I just want you to feel God's loving arms wrapped around you in this time of sorrow. Also just wanted to encourage you to not stop speaking to Maddie because she hears you! It does not make you crazy. And in this time it's ok to cry out to God and ask why Lord....keep your heart open to him, and this pain may lessen after a while but keep your chin up in the meantime. My daughter was born with a congenital birth defect and I experienced the "whys" but I just want to encourage you to let your maker be the healer of your heart.
Blessings.
I am truly touched and saddened To hear about your loss. As a 28 year old mother of three, my heart aches for you. I am sorry that you have to endure the sadness that no parent should ever have to feel, the loss of a child. It may not feel like it now, but God is with you. Hold strong to your faith and surround yourself with family. Your beautiful angel is watching over you. Just now I put a big bow my lil' Keira's head in honor of your beautiful angel baby Maddie.

I found your post through a friend on facebook. I cried as i read several of your blogs. It was obvious you & hubby were amazing parents to a precious beautiful girl. My heart is heavy & aches for you, but i know its minimal compared to you alls ache and grief. I cant imagine what you are going through. Its every mothers worst nightmare. I pray that you all feel the arms of Jesus around you, holding you up & comforting in the days, weeks, months & years ahead.
My lil gal will definitely be wearing her big pink bow with white polka dots today.

I have never met you or your precious baby girl, but today I cry with you. I'm sure every mother who reads this does, too. Your daughter is beautiful and now she gets to watch over you & your family every day. My daughter and I will wear the biggest bows she has today in memory of your sweet girl. Stay strong and smile for your baby, she's watching you all from heaven today.
I am in tears reading and my heart hurts so much for you. I am praying for you and your family.
I am so sorry for your loss. My biggest fear in life is something happening to my kids. My heart aches for your loss, I can't fathm what you are going thru. I don't know how you read all of these without being mad at everyone of us who are still blessed with our children and yours was sent to heaven. I would be so mad. God will have a precious gem waiting for you in heaven
I am jsut so sorry for your loss Kellie. I am wearing a bow today and my daughter is too. She even brought extra bows to school with her. I don't know if she will be able to take pictures but she will try. They aren't really supposed to do that at school so it will depend on if a teacher will let them. She is 13 but very much has compassion for your story. She is with her dad until tomorrow but if she has pictures I will send them to you.
I am so sorry for your loss. I cannot imagine how you feel or how you cope, reading this has me crying. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. Maddie was a very lucky girl to have such strong, amazing and loving parents, don't forget that, ever.
Stay strong, you can get through this. Take everything day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute..second by second.
I will have my daughter sport her best bow for Maddie. <3

you are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Blessings to you and your family.
Someone in my mom's group shared your blog with me. I can't imagine the pain you're going through. As a mother I couldn't imagine losing my baby. This is the most horrible thing that can happen to a person. And your little girl truly is beautiful. When I lost a pregnancy a friend shared a quote with me and it gave me peace. "An angel wrote in the book of life my baby's date of birth, and whispered as she closed the book, "too beautiful for earth." My prayers are with you and I'm so sorry you have to endure this pain.
Heather
I am so, so very sorry for your loss. My heart is breaking for you and your family. You are all in my prayers.
"The will of God will never take you where the grace of God cannot keep you."
A woman in my mommy group shared your blog with me. I am so sorry for your loss. Your little girl was truly beautiful. This has to be the most horrible thing that a person can endure. I can't imagine how it would feel to lose my little boy. When I lost a pregnancy a friend shared this quote with me and it gave me peace. i wanted to share it with you. "An angel wrote in the Book of Life my baby's date of birth, then whispered as she closed the book, "too beautiful for earth."
I'm so sorry for your loss. Maddie is beautiful and she is definately a princess watching over you and your family now. You are a very strong woman. I couldnt imagine going through this. We fought to get pregnant with our daughter and I couldnt imagine losing her. You are both amazing and did everything you could for her! Hudsyn will definately be wearing a bow in her hair today to honor your angel. We are thinking of you and praying for you all.
I am devastated for you both. My sister-in-law had a baby girl die a couple months ago as well. She still struggles with how to face life now. From watching her and listening to her, I have come to the conclusion that loosing a child is something you will never "get over". There is and always will be a huge whole in your heart. I am so sorry. My heart aches as I think about you going to the funeral and facing what my sister-in-law just went through.
May God be very near you through this time that no one should ever have to face. I will be praying for you! Your daughter is now in Heaven playing with my neice Brooklyn.
I've cried so much for your family! I'm praying for you!!!

I do not know you at all, I just happened to see the "wear big bows" on facebook so I clicked the link.
Your story has brought tear to my eyes. I am not a mommy yet, but even if I was, I cannot begin to imagine what you are going through right now.
But I just wanted you to know how much your story has touched me. I will be praying and thinking of you and your family

I am so sorry for you and your husband. Your sweet Maddie was so beautiful, and is probably even more radiant in the arms of Jesus.
Please keep writing, and check out this blog: http://mymaddiegrace.blogspot.com. It's written by another mother who lost her little Maddie in January. Maybe it will help to be in contact with someone who's going through a similar tragedy.
You're in my prayers.
As a recent mother of a princess, my heart aches for you, but can't even compare to how you are feeling. I am soooo very sorry for your loss. I can't begin to imagine how you and your husband are coping at this point. You and your family are in my prayers - Texas. RIP sweet little angel!
God Bless you and your family. I am so so sorry.
I know you have so many other things to focus on right now...but when we buried our newborn son, the prayers of others were what sustained us. I wanted to let you know that you and your family are being lifted in the strongest way possible in prayer. I am so, so, sorry for your loss and for your entrance to a group of women that sadly just shouldn't be...those mothers with babies in Heaven.
I just want to hug you and tell you I am so sorry. I will be praying for you and your family. Maddie is such a beautiful baby
Love Michelle
I do not know you or your family but I am so blessed to read your blog. A friend posted this as a link on her facebook page. First and foremost, may God be with you and your family as you go through this tough time. Secondly, your baby girl Maddie is so beautiful! I want you to know that your story has touched my life. I am the mother of a three year old. Before I read your blog, today had been a rough day. We just recently moved to Germany with the military and things haven't been the easiest. Today my son just wasn't listening to me and it was beginning to frustrate me. But after reading your post, I have realized to not take any moment with him for granted. Thank you for touching my life. I pray that things get better for you. Your angel is in a better place. May God be with you.

Kellie - I don't even know you but you are constantly in my thoughts and prayers. Please take care and know there are so many people out there praying over your family on this most impossible day.
Somehow, your story reached Facebook. it has been Shared by thousands of people, therefore, you have millions of prayers sent your way.
I do not have Children, but my heart is broken for you, I pray that you find strength. God doesn't give you more than you can handle, but this is a huge test of your faith. Keep faith in him always.
We are praying for you here in KY.

Thinking of you and your husband today with a heavy heart. I thought about putting my son in hair bow this morning...for your beatiful Maddie, but having a boy, I couldn't find one. So, I said prayer for you instead.
I am so terribly sorry for your loss. Thank you for having the strength to share your story and to remind everyone how precious life is. I am making a makeshift bow right now to wear in honor of your darling Maddie.
Sending Prayers to you and your family on this difficult day from North Idaho.

She is BEAUTIFUL!! I bawled through your post. I have a son your daughters age and I bawled some more, My daughter will be wearing a bow today for you, I cried some more putting it in. I am sorry for your loss, she will be remembered by all that have read this blog, and loved by all!!
Oh my gosh! I found the link to your blog on fb today and just read the story of your little angel. Although I don't know you, my heart is breaking for you. I have been through the pain and grief of infertility, but I think I would prefer to never have a child than to be given the gift of one and have her ripped from my arms a short four months later. I too would be asking Why? In fact I am. And I don't think there could ever be a reason good enough. At least not here on earth. My hope is that one day when we see God face to face, he'll be able to make us understand things such as this.
I can tell you are a strong woman. You have made it through the first few days and have even had the strength to share your journey with us. I will pray for you, your husband and your family - that God will comfort you, give you some sense of acceptance even if you can't understand, continue to give you strength and that He will remind you and your husband to turn towards each other, not away from each other. As sad as it is, experiences like this have the potential to rip apart loving marriages so I would encourage you both to seek grief counseling once you've had some time to process this.
I will share your story so others may pray for you also. Hugs and prayers, Sharon (Canada)

"I will Praise you in this storm, and I will lift my hands, for You are who You are, No matter where I am! And every tear I cry, You hold in Your hand, You never left my side, and though my heart is torn, I will Praise you in this storm."I thought that song applied to me alot until I just found your blog. Let Jesus be your comfort and strong hold in this time sweetie. Lean on God and he will take care of all your needs. This life is not forever, and your little maddie is in the Arms of Jesus, waiting for you and James to get there too. My family and I are praying for you!

You mentioned that you ready our comments so I wanted to comment myself. I do not know you or your family in the least bit, but my heart aches for you wholeheartedly. When my soon to be 2 year old gets home today I'm going to put the biggest bow she has on and tell her about Maddie myself. I have no idea what your feeling right now, but I do know I can pray. I posted it on my fan page as well to get more prayers coming your way because in my eyes, you can't ever have enough, especially during a time like this. You may seem so weak, but I'm here to tell you, as a complete stranger even, how incredibly strong you truly are. And I know without a doubt, Maddie would agree.
Sandy (Sandy Clarke Photography) sending prayers your way

My heart is completely and utterly broken for you, your husband and your entire families. Your little girl is gorgeous, a true sparkling gift from our Father in Heaven. It was totally random that I came across your blog - but for some reason I must've been meant to read it. I could barely get through a few of your posts without wiping a few tears from my cheeks. Allow your heart to stay open, open to heal, open to love, open to feeling your Saviours love, and your beautiful little girl who will watch down on you until you can be together again. Love from a stranger, in Ontario Canada. xo

Oh dearest Mother...
I found your blog today via some mama friends of mine.
You are just starting a journey that you didn't see coming, if you had, you'd not have signed up for it. In March, I will be a year into my similar journey, of losing my 5 month old son, to SIDS.
My heart aches for you, and you will be in my prayers <3
I am so sorry for your family's loss! You are all in my prayers during this difficult time!
I found your blog through a friend of mine.

I know you are probably getting hundreds of these comments but I just had to post something because if I were in your shoes no amount of support would be too much!
I am the mother of 3 children under 3 (2 daughters and a son) and after reading about your precious little angel I will NEVER again complain about not getting to my housework or getting to take a shower!
I am so so so incredibly sorry for your loss. I know how much you love your daughter. She is absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way. I know that your faith in Jesus will help you through this unbelievably difficult time.
Aside from the fact that I am also a mother I am also an elementary school teacher. Although I never went back to teaching after my oldest was born I can imagine how hard it was for you to juggle both motherhood and teaching!
I just spent the better part of my afternoon catching up on your blog and I have cried a million tears for you and your family knowing how the story "end."
When my daughters get up from their naps I will be sure that they wear big bows in memory of your sweet baby Maddie.
God bless you and know that there is a family in Maine praying for you out there!
Julie
My heart aches for you and your family. There is no way possible that words can make things better and there is no way I could possibly understand. But just know my daughters are both wearing bows for her memory and every time they do I will think of her. A life too short. My heart hurts.
I'm praying you and your family are surrounded by God's love. Love and prayers from TX (((((Hugs)))))

I know through experience what you are going through and I just want you to know that as hard as it is to believe right now, you will get through this. Please know God is always on your side and that there are so many people praying for all of you, plus there is also one beautiful little princess up in heaven always smiling down upon you while keeping a watchful eye over all of you. May God grant you serenity and peace through these hard times. Maddie will forever be in your hearts and will never be forgotten. Thank you so much for being brave enough to share your story. May God bless you and your family.
Like many others found your link by mistake and instantly burst into tears. My sweetheart and I were just married a few months ago and often speak of starting a family of our own. I wasn't going to write to you but it's been a couple of days and I cannot stop thinking about your incredible strength. Your trust and love for our savior is impressive. In my religion (LDS or Mormon) we believe that each of us have come to the earth to reciece a body and fufill a special purpose. We also believe children to be innocent and pure and in our church they aren't even baptized until they are 8 when they've reachad an age of accountability. I share this with you because in my heart I have no doubt that your dear maddie has already fulfilled her purpose! Look at lives she has touched! What a special child!! With that, it is my prayer that you can find some peace knowing that you were hand picked by our Father in Heaven to be the special mother of your chosen daughter. You must be an incredible woman! Truly my prayers and tears are with you!
I am so very sorry for your loss! A friend posted this on facebook. I have a 14 month old daughter! I can't even imagine what you are going through right now:( I cried reading all your posts. God only gives us what we can handle(even though we don't think we can) and he only takes the most precious angels to heaven with him! Your little Maddie is looking down at you and her daddy smiling. She will always have her arms around you! You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers!
Praying and thinking of you today.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family on this grief striken day. I am so sorry you have to do this.
I'm so sorry for your loss, this is something no mommy should ever have to go through. you are in my thoughts and prayers and I hope you will find peace in knowing your beautiful princess is still with you, but she is also with the angels <3
I am so sorry or your loss. I do not know you personally but I came across your story being passed through facebook. I am a mother myself and the heartbreak you are feeling right now is my worst fear. I pray God give you strength and comfort.
If I had a big bow it would be in my daughters hair, but a small one I have and it will be in her hair the rest of the day.
My heart aches for you, but from the just the short time I have been reading your blog you seem to be a very strong woman with a strong support system. My prayers are with you for peace, comfort, and strength.
My daughter is wearing a big bow in memory of Maddie. I will email you a picture after I get pics on my computer.
I am so sorry for your loss. They seem like such hallow words, for your loss is so great. I will be saying a prayer for you and your family tonight, and wishing you peace, even if for a few moments. I will have my daughter wear her biggest bow in honor of your daughter Maddie.
I am so sorry for your loss. You and your husband are truly amazing, your strength is inspirational!
Your blog has brought many tears to my eyes. 4 years ago my husband and I lost an incredibly dear friend, if blood crossed the lines of friendship, he and my husband would have been brothers. He made the slideshow that was shown the day of the funeral, so I can only imagine the love and strength that went into the slideshow your brother made, I imagine it was nothing short of beautiful. Although you cannot hold Maddie in your arms, you are blessed with a beautiful angel to watch over you xoxo ((hugs))

I dont know you or Maddie but I saw your link on fb.. I am so so sorry. As a mother of a 7 month old I couldnt imagine what your are going through! I have wept and wept! I am praying for you and your husband!
I wore my biggest pinkest bow just for Maddie today.
I saw your blog through a mutual friend's post and wanted to send you my love and prayers. I am a nanny in Denver to a five month old baby girl. Before her, I was nanny to the sweetest baby boy, Reed, who had Dravets Syndrome. I loved that little child like no other and very quickly became part of the most wonderful family.
On New Year's Eve 2009 baby Reed stopped breathing in his sleep and died while being medivaced to the Children's Hospital. My world is a changed on now, but for the better. His family is still my family and we have such precious memories of him. I seem to see or hear his name every other day and my heart jumps. I feel so lucky to have had him in my life, even if it were for such a short time. Life, as we have learned, is fleeting and it's important to love every single day.
I wanted to share my story with you so that you know you aren't alone. I am so very sorry for you, your husband, and sweet little Maddie. I hope that you are able to find peace and unimagineable amounts of love in this heartbreaking experience.

I came across your blog via facebook friends. I just want to say how very sorry I am for your loss. I can't begin to imagine the pain your family is going through. Please know that we are praying for you. My little girl and I found her biggest bow and she wore it to school today in honor of your Maddie. Again, we are so very sorry you are going through this.

Keeping your family in my prayers.
I have all boys and no ribbons. I wear a makeshift one today for your little girl.
SO sorry for your loss. I will pray for your family.
I am so sorry for your loss, my heart literally aches for you and your husband, NO ONE should have to endure this kind of pain. I am so sorry, please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. Please know that Maddie walks with God, he loves the children and will take very good care of her until you meet with her again.
sincerely,
Savannah in Idaho!
I am so sorry for your loss. I am not sure what happened, but my daughter has leukemia, and every day I am faced with the possibility of losing her. I started making bows as a way to make her feel pretty even though her little head is bald (she is three) and I also sell them as a way to make money since I can't work while she is undergoing treatment. We will just be home today on a rare day off from the hospital, but I will put the biggest bow I can find on Sarah's head today, in honor of your little one. I am so, so sorry for your loss, and i admire your strength and courage. May God be with you.
Let me start by saying, I am SO sorry for your loss. Life is so unfair sometimes.
I cried through your entire blog. I have 2 children, a son who is 4 and a daughter who just turned 1. my biggest fear in life is to lose them. My heart is aching for you, and your family. My daughter will be wearing her biggest bow tomorrow for Sweet Lil Madison. May you find the strength to find happiness again in your life. ***HUGS FROM SAN DIEGO***
Even tho i do not know you my heart is truly breaking for you and your family! You will be in my prayers.. My daughter wears a bow for your princess today and always!

I came across your blog via facebook, a friend invited me to an event called "wear a bow for Maddie" I was lost as to what it was so I read the info and saw your blog page posted. I came to read to see what happened as I was still confused. As a mother of a precious baby girl and handsome little boy, I couldn't help but cry as I read your blog. My heart hurts for you mama(and daddy!)! I can't imagine ever getting a phone call like that! I am so sorry, your in my thoughts thru these hard times. You may have lost a precious baby girl, but you gained a guardian angel. Her time was far too soon but God needed her back with him.<3
I will do my best to get my almost 2 year old to let me take a picture of her with a bow for Maddie! Ill take one of us together if she let's me! :) again, you and your family are in my thoughts.
You will open up to people in good time... for now it's okay to grieve the loss of your beautiful baby and be angry and however else that you want to feel. So sorry for your loss and I'm praying for you and your family.
Even tho i do not know you my heart truly breaks for you and your family! Know that you are in my prayers... My daughter wears a bow for your princess today and always!

I am so sorry for your loss. You don't know me either, I was told about your blog from a friend on facebook. My little girl Lily, who is 11 months, is wearing a special bow today in honor of your baby girl Maddie. May you find comfort in knowing so many people care and may you find peace in knowing she will always be your angel in heaven who is watching over you. My mom and dad lost my baby brother 36 years ago at the age of 13 months. He passed away in my mom's arms so your story really touched my heart. God bless you and your family, Debbie
I'm so very sorry for your loss. You should never be going through this!! I don't know you and probably never will, but I can't stop crying. I wish I could do something to make you feel better. As I read your blog I cannot stop my tears! As, a mother my heart aches for you. Let me just say that you are an amazingly strong woman! . I pray that the Lord fill you and your family with strenth and peace. You and your family will be in my prayers.
I found your blog through a link on my cousin's blog. I am so sorry for your loss. My daughter Jess is wearing a large pink bow in her hair in remembrance of your angel.
I too am a mother...God Bless you, there should be no such pain known to us!! Take comfort in knowing that God WILL keep his hand on you, and thank you for sharing your BEAUTIFUL baby girl with the world!!!
We are praying for you and your family!!
With love and warmth,

somehow I stumbled across your story. Honestly I don't know how. You will forever leave a lasting imprint on my heart. I am crying for you right now, praying for you. I am so sorry for the loss of your princess, and may you forever cherish the beautiful memories you have. My daughters are wearing big bows in their hair today to honor your sweet angel. God bless You.
I found your blog through facebook. Today I am hugging my 3 month old princess a little tighter - and tomorrow she will wear a bow in honor of your princess. My heart is broken for you.

Wow..I honestly don't know what to say to you. I am so so so sorry for your loss. I can't imagine what you are going through. I am sitting her bawling and my heart truly aches for you! I just read this but I will be putting bows in my girl's hair!
I am an ER nurse and one of the hardest things for me to read was that they didn't let you hold your baby! I AM SO SORRY...from every emergency care provider! Yes it is protocol, Yes you could mess up evidence, BLA BLA BLA...there is no excuse in the world that I would not let a Mom hold her baby! It honestly angers me and again, I am so sorry! Also, know that those ER nurses loved your child. They did do everything possible to save her and Maddie will always be remembered by those nurses. I was involved in an infant death about a year ago and it honesly almost made me quit. We love those babies and constantly say that it is not fair! Again, I am so sorry! Sorry for your loss, sorry for them not letting you hold your beautiful baby, and sorry you are going through this horrible time in your life! Prayers are with you!!!
You are such a strong woman to be going through all this. My daughter, Chloe-Grey is a month older than Maddie; I couldn't imagine the hole of you must feeling only after just given birth 4 months prior, and then having to say goodbye. My heart aches for you and your family. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Sending so much love and positive thoughts to you, a stranger for Tennessee.
I am so sorry and wish I could find better words, but for loss their are none. The sharp knife of a short life is something words could never make up or change. I will always remember your daughter for sadly in her death she has touched mine. I will think of you both and hope that together you can learn how to live again. I wore a bow today for Maddie, for you and for your family. She will always be remembered through your eyes.
Rebecca
I know this doesn't help at all, but my darling Lia is with Maddie now... Lia was taken home three months ago... I will wear a bow today... check my FB and see! I put up a picture... Will pray for you everyday... Love from Missouri

Someone forwarded your blog...and my heart aches for you. I cannot imagine your loss. I pray for peace and comfort knowing you will see her again one day. It doesn't make it easier, but maybe it can help to get through it.
I am so sorry and know that mer words cannot change how you feel nor make any moment of any day better. The sharp knife of a short life is so horrible, but Maddie will be remembered and known because we got to know her through your eyes and love! You, James and your family will forever be in my prayers. I only have boys ad if I could have put a bow on them today I would have but rather I wore a bow for her. I read your blog from a post on facebook and couldn't believe what I was reading, but I did start from the first post so at the end I felt the pain as I gotto know your life and heartbreak and true love for Maddie. I pray that together you and James can get through this and through love learn to live again! You are forever in my life.

I'm so sorry. We're praying for you and your family. I'm glad that families can be together forever and that you'll get to see your sweet Maddie again, but the pain of today is still quiet real. We pray for you.
It's not our place to know why these things happen. But please know that God loves you & Maddie is your angel now. And now through the internet you have a new family of people that will support you & love you always.
My daughter is wearing a big bow today in Maddie's honor. And I just have to say, she is not a bow girl. She always takes them out & I'm lucky if they last 30 minutes. Yesterday I read your blog. This morning I picked her biggest bow & heald it up, she looked at it & said, "I want to wear it Mommy." She's had it on ALL DAY. :)
I am heartbroken for you but must say that I am truly impressed with your strength. God bless you. I will pray for you & your family & sweet little Maddie. XOXO
I just read this and my heart is broken for you. I have a 4 month old Daughter Mollie and I cannot imagine your pain. I will include you all in my prayers from today on. Mollie will wear a big bow today in honor of your Maddie. May God wrap his arms around you and your husband and may you find comfort in His presence.

I don't know you, but my heart is breaking for you I can't imagine the pain you are suffering. I have a 2 year old little girl and I will put a bow in today in remembrance of your beautiful little girl. This is the time to remember when you feel like you can't possibly breath let alone move that there will be one set of footprints god will be carrying you. Stay strong your family will be in my prayers!!
I am so sorry for your tragic loss. I'm a Mommy of 3, and the mere thought of outliving my precious babies brings a knot to my stomach, a lump to my throat, and tears to my eyes.
I'm a radio DJ, and on today's show, I'm going to play a song for your little Angel in Heaven.
Sending you big hugs and strength in a time where you probably don't know how to find it...even though you're left without a choice.
<3
I am so sorry to meet you under such circumstances. Reading your words brought many tears to my eyes. My thoughts and prayers are with your whole family.
From one baby loss mama to a next...*HUGS*
I'm praying for you...praying with all of my heart. My daughter has her bow on.
I buried my beautiful 11 year old daughter in August, she was murdered by a trusted family member. I can feel your pain, because I myself feel it. I have had the same thoughts as you run through my head. I remember shopping for the dress she would be buried in, shopping for clothes to wear to her funeral and thinking this should not be happening I should not have to be doing this. I remember seeing her at the viewing and touching her hands and all I could think of is how cold she was,and my daughter was always a warm and loving person. You are not alone in your hurt, I have found comfort in other mothers that have felt my loss. We will all be here for you when you feel you need to reach out.
Kellie,
I am so so sorry for your loss. No one should ever have to go through what you and your husband are going through right now. I have been reading your blog entries, through tears, and cannot express the sadness I have for you. I do hope your blog and the many pictures you have of Maddie give you some comfort in the coming days.
I have been thinking of you since I first read your blog yesterday. I am praying for strength for you and your family. Much Love.
I don't know you, your family or your beautiful daughter but I can't stop my tears as my heart breaks into a million pieces reading your story. I'm so so sorry for what you must be going through and I hope that you can find truth and peace through all of this. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
I am so sorry for your loss, your beautiful baby girl. She is now with the Lord and you have a beautiful Angle watching over you. When I read this my heart ached. I will pray for you and you family that God may give you the strength to get thru this time and know that she is in peace with Lord.
I have been thinking of you since I first read your blog yesterday. I am praying for strength for you and your family. Much Love.unbas
I am so terribly sorry for your loss. I know you don't know me, but I saw your blog posted by a friend on facebook. I felt compelled to read. My son, Braden was stillborn a week before his due date on June 2. I've often wondered if it would have been easier or harder to lose him if I had gotten to keep him for a short while. I've dreamt so many times of what it would have been like to have seen his little eyes open. I kept expecting them too. He was so beautiful and so perfect. I go from being so angry to just feeling broken. My heart now aches for you as well. Maddie was such a beautiful little girl. If you would like to talk to someone who understands what you're going through please contact me. My email is ladylulugirl@gmail.com. One of the hardest things is feeling so alone, like no one else understands what you're going through. June 6, the day we buried Braden was the hardest of my life. Everyone soon moves on and expects you to do the same. I can't just move on. I miss him everyday. I would also like to tell you about an organization that someone put me in contact with. It is called CrossHeart Ministries. They are on facebook and have been wonderful to me. It was started by a mom who lost her child and is for women who have lost children due to miscarriage, stillbirth, or early infant death. I live too far away to go to their events, but they have lots of get togethers. Oh, I remember the feeling like yesterday. Braden's coming home outfit was what he was buried in. I looked at all the things he would never wear, the toys he would never play with. Everything is still shoved in the nursery or the attic. I still haven't been able to go through them. Please don't hesitate to contact me. I could use someone to talk to as well. Please know that I will be praying for you and thinking about you, especially today. And know Maddie had a sweet little angel there waiting with Jesus to welcome her.
I am so very sorry for your loss. I lost my beautiful 11 year old daughter in August, she was murdered by a close family member. I remember having the same exact thoughts you are having. Shopping for her dress to be buried in, shopping for my clothes for the funeral and thinking this should not be happening, I should not have to be doing this. I remember seeing her in her pink coffin and holding her hand and all I could think was how she is so cold, and this will be the last time I ever see her. I have found some comfort in talking with other mothers that have suffered this kind of loss. We are all here for you when you need us.
May healing light and love surround you and your family during this terrible time. May you cherish the memories of your time with Maddie and may they help with the healing. When my 12 year old daughter just home from school today, she will be wearing one of her baby bows for Maddie.
My heart aches and tears sting for you. Stay strong!
I'm sooo sorry for your loss and my heart breaks for you! You are an inspiration and a blessing to me & all mothers out there!
A friend of mine told me about your blog..so today my daughter who is 15 months and I wear the biggest pinkest hairbows I could find! Please know that we are praying for you & your family and you have an amazing, beautiful little angel watching over you!! God Bless you & your family!!
I am so sorry for your heartbreaking loss. Blessings, (from a stranger)
I came across your blog from Facebook.. I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this hard time. Prayers and hugs from Utah..
Praying for you and your family. I can't even imagine what you and your husband are going through. I know that God will give you the strength to make it through. The only thing that we can be happy about is that it won't be long before you get to see her again. God is coming back soon to get his children and then you will get to have that glorious reunion with her again. She was beautiful and I know she was here long enough to make an impact on many lives. I can tell that by all the comments that friends, family, and even people who do not know you personally, have made. I pray for peace and strength for all of you.
Reading your story from Oregon. I am horribly sorry for your loss. Our town recently lost a little "Reese" as well. Lots of heartache with all these missing little angels. Lots of prayers for you and your family.

I am so sorry for the loss of your beautiful little girl. I hope you know how much love there is for your little girl! My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time! ((Hugs))
As i read your your blog, one phrase always sticks out to me. "we shouldn't be doing this." I cant imagine trying for 8 months to get pregnant, carrying a child for 40 weeks, giving birth to a perfectly healthy, gorgeous baby girl, watching her grow and learn everyday for 4 months,Loving her more and more each day, then losing her so suddenly and unexpectedly. My heart just aches for you and your husband. Praying very hard for you and your family.
My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. What a beautiful little girl. As a mother of young children, I can not begin to imagine the pain that you feel. Please know my prayers are with you and may you find peace in the precious memories you have shared with your daughter.
Praying for you and your family, i am so deeply sorry for your loss. My heart aches for you. god bless you both and your beautiful angel.
Praying for you now. For strength and comfort and warm beautiful memories to be wrapped in.
I read all your blogs about what happened and I am so sorry that has happened to you.. I can't even imagine what it is you are going through but I will definitely put a bow in my girls hair for your little angel tomorrow. Again I am so sorry for your loss :(
As a mother my heart breaks for you!!! I just wanted to let you know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I'm so sorry for the loss of your Beautiful Princess. You now have a Beautiful Angel watching over you!!! Lots of Love and Prayers from The Nichols' Family in Fairmont, WV
As a mom, my heart truly breaks for you. I may not know exactly how you feel but I can slightly relate. We lost my niece when she was 4 months old, too. It was the hardest thing that I have ever had to deal with. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
My heart breaks for you...sorry and tears cannot comfort but i hope my prayers do; for you, your family and all who have lost a child
love from San Antonio, TX
You are being prayed for and thought about by many today.
I read your blog yesterday and you have been on my mind constantly since then. I have been praying for you throughout the day today and my husband and I did last night before bed. I am a new mom myself and I just feel such an ache for what you are going through. Maddie is in heaven right now in the arms of our Lord and soon enough she will be in your arms again.
Lord, I pray for this family today. They are going through something that many couldnt imagine going through. I pray that you will give them strength and that they will be drawn closer to you and each other through this. Be with them as they cope with their feelings of anger, hurt, confusion, and questioning. Give them a peace beyond understanding. Wrap your arms around them.
-Jess
I am deeply sorry for your loss!! I'm so sorry your little blessing was taken from you so early in life. Your family and little girl will be in my thoughts and prayers for a very very long time.
My heart aches for you - i couldn't imagine life without my children and can't imagine what you are going thru - I'll keep you and your family in my prayers. I got this a little late to put bows in my girls hair this morning, but both of them will be sporting big bows tomorrow - in remembrance of Maddie.
I'm incredibly saddened by your story. Our little boy is 10 weeks and I can't even fathom what you and your husband are going through. I thought of this song for you. Not a big fan of this video but I hope you find solace in the song. God bless you and may peace find you soon.

I found your story through another blog and I am not sure what to say. I have tears flowing down my cheeks from your loss. I know today was one of the hardest you will have in your life and want you to know I will be praying for you, your family and your sweet princess.
“DEATH LEAVES A HEARTACHE NO ONE CAN HEAL, LOVE LEAVES LIVES A MEMORY NO ONE CAN STEAL”
I know her memory will live on and hundreds of bows were worn today in memory of your daughter, Maddie...
As a mom my heart breaks for you ... please know, I have no idea who you are and you and your little darling family are in my prayers. May your heart heal soon.
Prayers for you and your family. I'm so sorry for the loss of your Maddie.
I am so very sorry for your loss, I am praying for you and your family.
From one mother of an angel to another, there are no words. My son went to Heaven 01/22/2010. He was 3 months and 15 days old. I am positive Tyler was there to great your beautiful angel in Heaven. As I sit here I am trying to come up with something to say, but there is nothing I can say or do to help ease your pain. I rely on faith. I pray that God gives your strength and understanding.

I sat and cried last night reading your story. I too have a 4 month old little girl and I can not even come close to imagining what you feel inside. I do believe she has already touched so so many people. She reminded me to stop worrying about the chaos in my home, and the screaming and the noises I so often take for granted. Maddie reminded me of what is important. She was a very precious little sweet baby girl and all 3 of my daughters have all worn bows today in her honor. You have a ton of mom's praying for you and your family. Rest in peace sweet Maddie
Prayers for you and your family going up from Twentynine Palms, California. My heart is broken for your loss. My little girl isn't due until June, but I know I will think of your precious Maddie every time I put a bow on her head.
May God hold you and your husband in the palm of His hand, and may He fill you with a peace that passes all human understanding.
I am so sorry. There are no words. My husband and I lost our baby boy 5 years ago this March. The pain is indescribable. I know your pain and I know how hard this is. Jesus is still the same as He was before. He is still your Jesus. He still loves you. Give Him all the glory. He will see you thru this, I promise. Go to Him and tell Him you are mad and in pain. He knows already, but He wants you to tell Him. I am praying for you and your husband. Your baby girl is such a beautiful baby.
My deepest sympathies. I stumbled upon a memo about your Maddie on Facebook.
I pray for your strength as you continue to mourn the loss of your sweet girl.
She absolutely will be one of the most beautiful angels in heaven!
Love and prayers,

I just started following your story. My family is praying for you and your family.
I'm so sorry for you're loss. I can't even begin to imagine what you're going through. It makes me sad that innocent little babies have to leave this beautiful world. My daughter is 18 months and my son just turned 5 months today. I don't know what I'd do without them. It breaks my heart that your sweet Maddie had to leave. I'm crying for you, and I'll keep you, your husband, and your families in my prayers. Again, I'm really sorry that you have to go through all of this. Keep your head up, you'll see her again one day.

Oh my gosh I just came across your blog and I have been crying my eyes out for you. Our daughters are 3 days apart and mine also wears bows. Today she is wearing a huge blue and brown bow and I am dedicating it to your daughter. My heart aches for you...I can not even imagine what you are going thru. I will keep you in my prayers. I am so sorry for your loss. I hope God gives you, your husband, family and friends strength to get thru each day. Prayers from Tennessee
I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost my 7 month old on August 23 2009 to SIDS. I will be thinking of you as the next several weeks are difficult. Please email me if you want to talk.
Again, I am so very sorry.
