Massages!!!

Yesterday was so awesome..but..kinda annoying all in one!

James bought me a gift card for a couples massage for my birthday last September (yes..getting close to a year ago!).. Well we decided we wanted to go this weekend and get a massage. I called on Friday and made an appointment for Saturday.. So Massage Envy here we come!!!



Saturday morning I made my long grocery list and if you have ever seen it you would laugh at me.. I have my groceries listed by isle number..HA....After making my list we ran to SUBWAY! I was really feeling a tuna sub... Let me just tell you the people there were really dumb..James got so mad at the guy making my sandwich.. I asked him to toast the bread before we put the tuna on.. Well the guy is walking over to the toaster puts it in and I saw can you please add cheese before you do that.. I mean you would think he knew that... he works there!!! Well the guy just ignores me.. I didn't think anything about it, but another guy standing in line by me said "Ummmm SHE WANTS CHEESE ON IT!!"...The Subway guy kinda rolls his eyes and give us an attitude and James said, "With a smile"...I am so glad they made your food in front of you there..EKKK!!!

So we left Subway went to HEB and grocery shopped... Today I am making homemade chocolate cake for a girl at school.. I hope it turns out!

Our massage appointment is at 3:00, so James and I are hanging out at home until its time to leave.. We leave the house at 2:30 thinking we have plenty of time to get there and fill out paper work and what not...We get to Massage Envy at 2:40 and we decide to go on in.... We talked to the receptionist and fill out our paper work ..She takes us back to the "tranquility room" to wait for our therapists.. (James of course doesn't want me be quiet... he is cracking jokes and I'm laughing trying to stay quiet.. We are sitting next to the water jug and we keep seeing all the therapists walk out and get their clients water.. Well there were two REALLY old therapists I'm talking 75ish -NO JOKE!!!!- What 75 year old works at a massage place??? ) James and I are waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting...By this time its 3:00...then its 3:10 then its 3:20... Finally our therapists come and get us AT 3:20( And YES- I got one of the OLD OLD ladies...Oh my)!!!!! This is supposed to be an hour long massage.. So I tell James they will go over about 20 minutes so we'll be fine!!! We get our massages and it was AWESOME ( The old lady did a GREAT job- BTW)!!!!!! After it is over I look at my clock and its 4:00!!!!! What? Seriously? I tell James I am going to go complain...I walk up to the front desk and pull out my gift card... The lady checking me out asks me how everything was and I kinda hesitate and said "ok"... She said just ok???.. And I said yeah... Well the lady who did my massage was right behind her at the time so I didn't want to say anything then... After she leaves I tell her, "Its 4:00 and we didnt even start our massages until 3:20.. I am not paying for a full hour..". The manager hears me saying this and she says ,"You are right that is unacceptable I am only going to charge you for a half an hour!". YaY us!!! So our 40 minute massages was $50 bucks on my gift card and I still have $47 left on it.. SO looks like I get to go BACK!!!! YES!!!!!!

After our massages we went to tan then caame home and showered up. We watched a movie and went to bed...What a GREAT Saturday! :)
